Required documents for Telangana POLYCET Counselling Verification

1.10th Class or its equivalent Marks sheet & Hall Ticket
2.TS POLYCET 2017 Rank Card & Hall Ticket
3.IV to X Study (Bonafide) Certificate.
4.Residence Certificate (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education).
5.Income Certificate.
6.Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority.
7.Aadhar Card.

TS Polycet Seat Allocation Method

The Telangana SBTET will allocate the Seats for Admissions in Diploma Course in Polytechnic Colleges to the participants according to the merit list. All Shortlisted applicants have to appear for the TS CEEP documents verification process before the Seat Allotment.

TS Polycet/ CEEP 2017 Counselling Process

1.First of all, candidates have to download the TS Polycet/ CEEP Rank Card.
2.After that, check the Telangana CEEP Counselling Date for your Rank because it is going to hold according to the Rank Wise.
3.On your Rank date get your certificates verified at the given TS POLYCET Help Line Center.
4.Later, Make sure for the choice of your course before going to exercise the web options.
5.Now you have to select some colleges in which you want to get admission through the CEEP Telangana Web Counselling.

TSPolycet Certificate Verification Process

1.Visit the TS Polycet Counselling 2017 Center/ Venue on your Rank date.
2.When your Rank called during the Counselling Process, Submit the Counselling Application Form & Original certificates.
3.There you have to Pay the processing fee at the time of the Counselling.
4.Keep the Counselling Fee Receipt safely to Perform the web options.

Telangana Polycet Web Counselling Process for Options Entry

1.Visit the TS Polycet official website -polycetts.nic.in
2.Search for the TSPolycet  2017 Web options Link.
3.Now click on the Web Options Link to exercise the options.
4.Enter the details like Polycet Hall Ticket Number in the space given there.
5.And Click on the Submit.
6.As soon as you click on Submit, you will direct to the Web Option Portal page.
7.There, depending upon their interest, they have a chance to chose the college as well branch.
8.After Locking the choices submit the Options Entry form.
9.After few days, seat allocation will announce through SMS to the applicant’s registered Mobile number & Email Id.
10.Download the seat allotment letter from your TS Polycet Registration account and go to the allotted college in a given time & submit it.

1. Certificate Verification:From May 29 to June 6
2. Web options:From May 29 to June 08
3. Changing web options: up toJune 06
4. Seats allotment:June 10
5. Reporting in Colleges: June 12
6. Classes start from: June 14

1.Certificate Verification: 29.05.2017 to 06.06.2017
2.Web Options: 29.05.2017 08.06.2017
3.Allotment of Seats :10.06.2017
4.Commencement of Classes: 14.06.2017

SEAT ALLOTMENT:

1) Allotments will be placed in Website https://polycetap.nic.in on June 10
2) Enter the ICR Form Number, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in Candidate Login.
3) Download the allotment order.
